Beach Day

This is the first event of each new Executive Committee, as well as the first event incoming freshman can come to, and the last event for all of the graduated seniors. It is held usually in mid-August, and is a wonderful time to meet new people, say good byes to old friends, and sit around by a nice body of water somewhere in the state.

This event moves around from year to year, so be sure to check back often as the time grows near to find out where it will be this time around!

Annual Meeting

Annual Meeting is the yearly business meeting of the entire UCC Maine conference.

The Executive Committee arranges activities for youth in the evenings on Friday and Saturday. The times that there isn’t a planned event or meeting we can hang by the pool or find a couch that needs to be sat on!

Come as a youth delegate for your local church or simply as a visitor!

Fall Convention

Do you love Pilgrim Lodge with all your might? Do you dance around when you recieve the brochure? Do you stay up the night before waiting to leave for camp? Do you cry when it’s all over? Well fear not! Fall Convention is another chance to come back to P.L. and give something back to the place you love so much! We have a mini P.L. week in one weekend, bring in the docks, chill in the lodge, and we love PL with all of our might! Its a good chilly weekend full of fun!

Mid-Winter

This is the last event that every EC organizes, and it’s the only event where there is a formal ‘meeting’ which serves to elect the new executive council. It is a weekend event where you stay with host homes along with 3-5 other people. If this is what has scared you away from the event in the past, feel free to talk with people that have already done it, and I’m sure you will find more and more wonderful experiences with host homes. Other than that, there is a service project, and some of the same fun games we all love from P.L.!
